About Us: What We Do
Black and White Star in Circle

Together we are the Mustard Seed Hope Project.

We work in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon to provide education grants and scholarships; assistance with healthcare costs; and empower displaced women & their families by providing small business start up grants that will help them meet their daily needs.

We also provide career coaching services for young adults in Cameroon and new African immigrants in Canada.

OUR STORY

In late 2016, political instability and violence erupted in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon. This resulted from civil protests by lawyers and teachers calling for reform in the anglophone regions of Cameroon.

The crisis has led to the death of over 3000 people; forced over half a million people to flee their homes and created thousands of refugees and internally displaced people.

The Mustard Seed Hope Project was created in 2020 by a young anglophone Cameroonian professional living in Montreal, Canada. The mission of this organisation is to give back and help those adversely affected by the crisis in anglophone Cameroon.

It also has as goal to provide career development services to young adults in Cameroon and new African immigrants arriving Canada.
